Ahri finally held herself together, walking outside to talk to them. She looked more serious than ever. "What are you guys talking about?" She asked firmly.

"Strategy. We won't fight until we know they will surrender...hey.." I say, noticing her overly serious expression. "Why are you so serious? Oh..is...never mind."

"What, me? This is a serious topic." Ahri said, her tails floated behind her weakly.

"No, but this is like...more serious then you should be. I would have expected you to be happy after yesterday..which means...oh, I am sorry..I'll stop bringing it up."

I stare at the ceiling. I was in the emergency room, and that was a new experience for me.

Ahri felt her insides crush as he mentioned that and she clenched her fist. "Well.. I just woke up." She said, turning around and leaping off the tower to the ground. If he was worth anything.. he would have stayed.. he's just a fallen angel.. he doesn't care about me.

I look down sadly, and lay down at the top of the tower once again. I was alone up there, so I just stared up at the sky.

Does he even think of me? Ahri said, playing with her orb as another tear fell. "It's not like we were that close anyways, right..?" She said to herself, realizing they had met recently.. but it was like love at first sight.

"Nurse, done yet?"

"One last stitch." She snapped, taking a few more minutes. "You can come back in now." She told Riven, and she walked inside. "How you feeling?"

"Better. Thanks for bringing me here." I say warmly, and smile.

 

[Sanaki]

"Yet you tried to stop me." Riven rolled her eyes with a smile. She sat down next to him on the bed.

"I care for your well being more. The two of them can't live without you and neither can I."

 

[Sanaki]

Riven blushed slightly, looking down at her hands. "But you need to care for yourself too."

"If you die, you will have one chance left as an angel. If you die again, we will go into panic. If that happens to me, it won't have as much of an impact. You guys may be sad about it, but I never made plans or anything, You would be able to survive."

"I've never met someone as loyal as you, though." Riven admitted. "It means a lot to me."
