She didn't want to spoil Satoshi and Ahri's moment, and she didnt want to get in the way of them talking.
She tackled Ace into a bush, where she hugged him.

Ahri looked over and grabbed Shiki, picking her up and making her stand up. "Please, don't keep doing that." She was concerned that Yuki would kill her.

I see the girl tackling the rebel man, or whatever hes called. Ace, she called him, so i guess thats it. when i see it my eyes widen and i start laughing. "You ok?"
