Awww, that's nice! I like the Raffle Idea but I favor the First Come, First Served since some people spend time lurking the thread to get their dreamie. It just makes more sense to me if they were the one who got them. =)

Marshall is my dreamie, but for the first time, I won't be lurking for him. XD
I'm trading my Beau for him. The person really wanted Beau and I really wanted Marshall. Great trade off, lol.

Also, the reason you stated is the reason I <3 FCFS, too. People stalk and look for someone in particular and trading effort for chance is kind of sad. But I'm willing to do whatever gets the dreamies into the towns of the dreamers. ^_^
