Honestly I dont care, Im more wanting to weed to get the special furniture items, do you know how many weeds you need per item?

I guess I will order 240 weeds since you said you can only get 8/12 items !

The only problem with that is that you are not guaranteed to get all the items because often times, the game will give you duplicates of the items. It’s a luck based thing that you may not necessarily get all 8 items at the end of it.

Since I'm in it only for the items and not the badge (so I'm only requesting 240 weeds) is it possible for me to get a discounted price? heehee

Technically, orders are generally 500 weeds (50TBT) or 1000 weeds (100TBT), if you’re sure you’re willing to risk it, I’ll complete your order of 240 weeds for 24TBT and will give you my item that Leif gives to me after you finish weeding (meaning you would get 1/4 chance of the remaining four items which you can’t get: violet screen, cosmos fan, lily record player, or rose sofa). Is that okay for you?

If so, let me know when you are available for me to host your session.

wait so, sorry, im a little confused. from my understanding you are saying the max number of furniture items I get (albeit random) is 8 items per weeding day, and you get 1 item every 30 weeds. what I dont understand, is why I "cant get" certain items within the weeding day furniture set.

When I weed in my town during my Weeding Day, I can get 1/4 chance of getting the violet screen, cosmos fan, lily record player, or rose sofa.

It’s the game’s way of going, “Hey! You want all the items from the set? Go visit other people to get the other eight items. You can only get four if you weed your own town on Weeding Day!”

Does that help clarify it for you? Which is why, at the end of the Weeding Day session, I can talk to Leif to get 1/4 host items, which I can give to you. I cannot get the 8 visitor items (unless I use my other ACNL 3DS cartridge to do it).

Can I host your session tomorrow night instead? It is currently 11:15PM here and I was getting ready to sleep and was gonna bump my thread and then saw you replied. What time are you available tomorrow for me to host your weeding session?

So, the way it will work is when you come over to my Weeding town, you will talk to Leif to initiate the conversation once you do that, you need to manually keep track in your head every 30 weeds pulled. Once you pull 30 weeds, go talk to Leif and see what item he gives you. Then keep doing that until you pull out all the weed-weeds.

If I remember correctly, pulling wilted flowers and clovers will count towards your 30 weed count, but I reccomend you pull out all the weeds first before you embark on pulling the wilted flowers and clovers as that amount varies.
