My life is like a fairy tale-
Where animals talk and dreams come true-
Would you like to exchange friend codes-
So I can share my world with you-
We can go to the city and shop for clothes-
Or go around and shake the trees-
And if a honey hive shall fall-
I'll protect you from the bees-
Start a game of Hide N' Seek-
And see if the neighbors want to play-
If you feel like being lazy-
Then we'll just stay inside all day-
Cuddle close inside the basement-
Or dance romantically in the din above-
Let's make bulletins, designs, and send out letters-
And let the world know we're in love-
Let's go to the island and relax in the shade-
Kissing up under the coconut trees-
Or hand in hand just walk around town-
Enjoying the summer breeze-
If summer time is not your season-
Leave my town for five minutes or so-
For when you enter back again-
I promise, my darling, you'll see it snow-
For you I'll turn ahead the hands of time-
We can trick or treat for an All Hallow's fright-
Watch the fireworks on the Fourth of July-
Or make a snowman on Christmas night-
Enter a bug catching contest in September-
Or spend Valentines out by the lake-
If this really is but another dream-
I pray to God I never wake-
We can lay up under the stars-
Beside the ocean oh so blue-
It doesn't matter what I'm doing.-
As long as I'm doing it with you.

There's something I must tell you.

There's something I must say.

The only really perfect love is one that gets away.

I will share one of my favourites by Christina Rossetti, I haven't written a poem of my own for about 10 years now :(

Remember me when I am gone away,
Gone far away into the silent land;
When you can no more hold me by the hand,
Nor I half turn to go, yet turning stay.
Remember me when no more day by day
You tell me of our future that you plann’d:
Only remember me; you understand
It will be late to counsel then or pray.
Yet if you should forget me for a while
And afterwards remember, do not grieve:
For if the darkness and corruption leave
A vestige of the thoughts that once I had,
Better by far you should forget and smile
Than that you should remember and be sad.
