The area that I based it on is actually out in the middle of nowhere at the ruins of a former kingdom. I originally had the wanted posters up on the wall, but someone suggested that I take them down. I also have K.K. Sonata playing; the mood I was trying to aim for was a somber, somewhat elegant or refined vibe, something fitting for someone that enjoys solitude (the character).
Looking back at your post: I really like how well the colors of the furniture you picked go together and the whole setup is really interesting. Nice job!
Definitely still the main room for my main character. It's relatively simple and doesn't have much of a theme except maybe 'living room' or 'the colour blue' but I really love every part of it. I am building a second house on my island and I now have several rooms that are pretty nice, but this will always be my favourite!
Even if you think it's simple, the placement and colour scheme of all the furniture is definitely top notch, I REALLY like it! (And I love that lil polar bear carpet design, it fits in so well!)
I really love my main room, but I think I love this room just a bit more. It’s a radio/recording studio, WEPR stands for Wits’ End Public Radio. I love the chill atmosphere.
Gee, and I thought my gaming room was cool. This is next level, the detail is crazy. The lighting, all the K.K. Sliders records on the wall... it's great!
Listen, a simple but efficient tent setup should never be underestimated! I love nature and always wanted to go camping, and this give me all the right vibes

And thank you so much!! Took me a while to figure out what I wanted as my bedroom. First it was just a galaxy/sky room with bedroom furniture (kept alternating), and then I realized what I could use wedding flooring and wallpaper for, and it just worked itself out from there. I was trying to go for a "surrealism (the moon, crescent moon chairs, etc.) meets elegance (antique bed, wedding wallpaper, etc.)" kind of vibe. I have Stale Cupcakes playing in the background for that sad but dreamy effect.
Ooh, your character do be fancy tho. No but it all seriousness, I love the contrast between the dark antique set and the forest sakura wall (I think that's what it's called). Makes it look cozy, but is also fancy enough to make sure to let people know that you got bells
Recently I've been working on my house interiors and the one I made this weekend ended up pretty cool/weird. I don't know if it's my favorite, but it's probably the most interesting. It's the main room of my witch's house.

I took another look at everyone’s posts and I just want to say everyone is seriously so creative. I want to make my rooms practical and look good; atm, I like to cram as much furniture as possible even if that means I can’t use all the furniture (am hoping for more room expansion to change that). It’s really interesting to see designs that balance them well as well as designs more for aesthetic. I honestly like them both. I like these kinds of threads the best since I find a lot of inspiration to improve on my designs and just in general.

I fully agree! I just find it very fun to see what others have done with their houses, and maybe get a tip or two. I know people do a lot of this on Pinterest and Reddit, and there's a bigger sense of community here and more familiarity
Okay ya know what, I'll just throw my whole house away because these are A M A Z I N G. And gee, I thought my kitchen was nice; yours is BOUJEE. The private quarters especially is just beautiful. Really makes you feel like you are in the mountains
