Funny story tho I unwittingly KO'd a shiny male frillish while EV training back in Black version and only ever found out cuz I was looking through my Pok?dex and it had recorded that I encountered a shiny. Soo I guess this is just a reclaim like nine years later. Haha

If your luck was bad, it wouldn't be shiny. I mean, it's not like you have a limited amount of tries, right? Just keep trying XD

He's 5IV, Careful and in Heavy Ball. I'm kinda sad Wooloo's HA isn't available in the game yet, but Fluffy will do! I've been so lucky with my hunts lately I have a feeling that my next one will take thousands of eggs lol.

I was looking for Magikarp raids and I refreshed my stamps and the first one I saw was a G-Max Charizard raid. I wasn't expecting to get in it at all but to my surprise I did and it was a shiny as well! Good thing I had an extra master ball, I might've cried a bit if I couldn't catch it lol

it's not brand new (this is from december) but i thought it would be nice to show my find! shiny ponyta in pokemon platinum, found with full odds while not even hunting and doing the campaign.

cynthia told me i'd find some rare pokemon on the route and i found this first encounter. it was such an experience
my other shinies are a shiny charizard in pokemon shield i got after a hunt spanning over 400 eggs, a full odds shiny krookodile with good ivs and randomly generated pokerus i got as a child (my favorite pokemon ever), and a shiny volcarona someone super kind gave me over wonder trade in pokemon y!

Unrelated, but while grinding the lotto for Master Balls, one of the Pokemon that matched up with an iD was a Lapras given to me by Miharu. I found that sweet. <3

Thanks to the users over at Blaine's discord. I originally joined to learn more about the solo den method. Now I haven't used this method, it was for curiosity sake.
