Got shiny Magby 2 and 3 last night in Ultra Sun/Sun. Involved them.
Found it easier to hunt with a harvest pokemon and substitute/leftovers on a Fearow.

Stumbled upon a shiny Crustle last night while hunting legendaries on the Ultra Wormholes. I can't complain too much!

and to my knowledge GF is ( usually ) a legit OT for those distribution pokemon.
so if it has that OT but is shiny ( while it hasn't been released as shiny ) it's hacked.
but usually those OT's with GF are legit.
the leget OT of GF, has a certain ID number.
if it is that number it's legit ( IV's may have been up't to 31 via AR or gameshark but will not necessarily be the case )
and if it is not that number it's not the real deal.
the ID NO. will be different per ex. meloetta ( due to different years it was distributed in )
to my knowledge no,meloetta has never been legit shiny.
legit meloetta ID numbers are:
- 082418 ( distribution from 2018 ) OT: Worlds18
- 171201 ( distribution from 2017 ) OT: ゼンリョク
- 12016 ( distribution from 2016 ) OT: GF
- 03013 ( distribution from 2013 ) OT: SPR2013

Found a shiny Lombre last night while hunting legendaries, so that was nice. I also got a hacked shiny Darkrai in WT on Y yesterday. If anyone wants that one, I'm down to trade it.

jolly technician smeargle with at least 5 perfect ivs (sp atk ivs don't matter). female preferred. not picky on the ball
also, I have a hax shiny version of what you're looking for as well (actually, the first shiny ditto I got). so if you're also interested in having the shiny bonus, just say, and I'll pull it out of my day care to swap for the newly obtained ditto
