If they do an event they are probably gonna do it in 2065 for Switch anyway so i don't have hopes...or make it a battle comp prize bc thats the only thing they do for 3ds nowadays... but yeah i'd totally like a shiny sun/moon mascot event.

There's not much difference to Cosmog and Cosmoen as shiny though. But yes, Lunala is also my favourite.
What is a battle comp prize? I've heard of some competition a while ago where if you battled between people with ghost pokemon you could get a shiny Mimikyu? I had actually helped someone get a hidden ability Sandygast for that.
But yeah, they are trying to move away from DS's now since the new one is on switch. Which is fine, I'm just gonna be a little late saving up for one.
yeah those official battle things you can sign up for in the game, like now they are having some for the shiny tapu something.

I don't think it matters if you win or not, just taking part allows you to get it. Ah I think I heard it might be Shiny Fini
I could try and SOS shiny hunt one for you XD though there's never a gurantee on the nature.
The tapu's are shiny locked iirc, and I mean pass in being legit/legal, most of mine are probably way beyond hacked for that lmao.
Yeah, glad I found out they were shiny, though I did get a legit shiny tapu koko when they had them out~wasn't too interested in shiny fini, think it's only in Japan too.

So. I know this isn't from a Core Series Game, but its from a fan made MMO called PokeOne.
So, I was grinding with my Pokemon in Cerulean Cave, when I found not one, but TWO shiny Electrode! The first time was when I said to myself in thought: "When am I ever going to find a shiny in the cave?" Then a shiny Electrode appeared. I successfully caught it. Then, right after the next encounter, it was ANOTHER FLIPPIN' SHINY ELECTRODE!!!! I of course, caught that as well, but I never had a back-to-back shiny encounter until today.

I caught a shiny Weepinbell while horde hunting a Gligar the other day. I'm willing to trade it for a couple TBT or something if anyone wants it.
Do you think if could have been from Omega Ruby? So lucky getting all these cool legenadaries off wonder trade X)
if it was from gen 6 it would definitely be hacked.
