I think the "moob" illusion happening here is caused by the nipple placement and having too much space between the pecs.

Male nipples are typically set farther apart than that - lower and more toward the armpit than a woman's. Less definition underneath the pecs and bringing them closer together may help diminish the "female breast" effect.
