some birdy gesture drawings - the left drawings are 30 seconds poses to warm up. the right drawings are 2 minute "finished" poses (i doodle fast and loose and applaud y'all who can render b/c i don't have focus for that). all from references i pulled on instagram. heron anatomy is so dynamic and fun! one of my fav critters to doodle.

I drew the Dog Man characters by following a "How 2 Draw" guide in one of my books, and I had Ogerpon copy one of Dog Man's poses. I especially love my Ogerpon sketch because that Teal Mask took a while for me to complete, and plus, she looks awesome!!!

I have so many drawing ideas for my guy Kieran and I still have yet to find a good art style for him; I tried different methods but he always looked off for some reason. T_T Eventually I tried something different today, and he doesn't look too bad! I was using my partner @ZeldaCrossing64's art as a reference. (BTW, I had him copy the pose from his official art...)
Man Dog has returned! What a cranky guy... ^^; I'm thinking of making a comic with him, but we'll see if I feel inspired enough later...

You give me a bit of hope that I can draw humans in my art style, haha. And no pressure, but I'd love to see a comic featuring Man Dog.

And I did make a Man Dog comic strip recently! But I'm warning you: it's a mess. I've also thought about making a comic book with him in it, but unfortunately I don't have the time at the moment. We'll see, though.
