Guys guys guys, don't freak out. I understand you're afraid and cautious, but I've played Smash 4 online for weeks without any kind of problems at all. Just be really careful what you do with the data, and when you turn the game off. For instance I don't recommend shutting it off in the middle of a loading screen or something.
Even if the issue does happen to you, I'm sure Nintendo will find a way to fix it.

I usually wait a minute or so on the main menu before I turn it off since Smash doesn't tell you when it's auto saving (which is stupid as hell).


Since it's been revealed to be an overall system problem across most games, I've sort of stopped caring.
I still fear it might happen to me, but it would also mean I have to stay away from practically all my games rendering the system pointless altogether -.-

I bought both versions. It's nice to have a portable version, especially since they actually have differences rather than being the exact same game.
As well as the 3DS second version proving beneficial to me this weekend when I was at a friends. If I didn't have smash 3DS, we wouldn't have been able to play 6 player smash due to his lack of WiiU controllers.

Considering WiiU controllers cost more than a 3DS game and we would have only used them for Smash anyway, buying a controller would have been "throwing money away" compared to just buying the 3DS version and using my 3DS as a controller.




I also disliked the original Ruby and Sapphire, so why would I prioritize the remakes of them over the release of a series I actually like?

I've been playing that game's online since it first came out and I haven't ran into that problem.

My wii U has actually taken so long to boot up and load stuff since I've gotten the game. I'm so scared now...
