"Something is missing"

So Stitches the bear came over to my place yesterday at 6:30 PM. He wandered around, looked at my things, blah blah. Anyway, I went to talk with him and he said "Your house is nice, but it's missing something... Something every house should have." I thought maybe he was talking about a bed or chair ('cause I had neither at the time). So I wake up the next morning and there's a letter from Stitches! Yay! He thanked me for the invite and left me a gift. I open it and guess what? It was a toilet! XD

Could this be the item I was missing?

theres fire hydrants in city folk? probably in the city but i wasnt paying attention but...some animals dont even have beds in theyre rooms yet they go to sleep, i guess the villagers are smarter than the average animal but still lack alot of the more civilized things humans do such as sleeping on a bed and using a toilet.

its done with the flea markey a event thats held every once in a while and you can buy things from animals' houses or they can buy things from your house.
