Yes! I just took a photo of Hornsby bending over a hyacinth while also looking at a little book in his hands, as if identifying the flower.
Walker was running around in the rain and decided to just stop and sploot in front of a pond ;~;

I just keep walking around my town doing my task, and my villagers are just doing the cutest things. Like waving at each other, singing, singing together, watching each other sing, looking at a flower book while observing flowers, remembering past dialogue that we had, remembering the clothes that they gave me and being happy that I'm wearing it, exercising, exercising together. They really are so much more dynamic than NL, and it's so freaking cute.
Also, I noticed that they do seem to keep to clothes you give them and wear them periodically with the other stuff that they own.
For the last 2 days, my 2 starters have been pinging me to give me items that they don't want, and it's all the stuff that they started with, like the sleeping bag, the radio, and the lantern, and while I definitely don't need it, I think it's interesting that they are giving away their camping items that they don't need anymore b/c they have a home now
I have even tried giving Sherb some wallpaper and flooring that was cute b/c I wanted his house interior to match him, but it's clear that he doesn't like the wallpapers and floorings I've been giving him based on his reaction to them and the fact that he doesn't use them. Not like he gets upset that I give them to him, but he'll react like "it's nice that the present came from you," while when he actually likes something he seems excited that I'm giving them to him. While my feelings are a little hurt that he won't use some of the stuff I'm giving him

It's absolutely adorable, and as previous posters have said, the amount of detail and animation and life in the villagers is adorable!
I hadn't had any villager requests until today and I love that there's the option to have a little treasure hunt, and I love that they kept the idea of having 'more personalised/detailed' conversations, when you're better friends with a villager ; w ;
