A user has to say what they will do to harm or injure the person below them, then the person below them has to say how they will prevent that from harming or injuring them. Then that person has to say what they'll do to hurt the below person, and vice versa.

P.S: A person may only use the power of the Gods once in a month, but save it for dire situations.
