has anyone tried it?
tried it today for dinner and it was DELICIOUS, I dont find it horribly spicy, just the right amount of spice :blush:

i have not tried it but it looks really tasty, i'll see if i can find it somewhere

Not the noodle version as pictured but actual buldak. I cried.
I love spicy food but that was too much for me aa

i ate it today too!!! it's not that spicy but it's a lil bit?? u get me?? it was so good tho 10/10 would eat again

I wouldn't eat it because I am a weenie when it comes to spicy stuff. I can only handle very very MILD spice. XD

Yep! Our local Asian grocery store sells it (it's tough to gind it though as its crazy popular) and it's delicious. I do find it slightly uncomfortably hot but I kinda love it, you can still taste the flavour

Never seen it before, but I love trying spicy food so I'll def give it a try!

My friend messaged me a pic of this saying he tried it and it was amazing. He told me I would have died if I ate it. I'm ashamed to be korean... I can't even eat shin ramen without watering it down T_T

Has anyone here tried making a carbonara out of the spicy noodles?
I love spicy foods but down times my palate can't quite handle them. And one day I came across a Facebook video where you can make a carbonara style noodle with the spicy noodles and sauce that's included!
It's actually quite delicious. It keeps the sweet and spicy taste that the spicy noodle encompasses and makes it a little more bearable in terms of heat. It's also a little creamy so it adds a different and unique texture!

"Here?s what you will need for one serving:
* 1 egg

* 1 egg yolk

* 1/3 cup parmesan cheese

* Some ground pepper

* 2 strips of bacon, sliced in

* 1 packet instant ramen

* 1-2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
In a small bowl, add one whole egg, one egg yolk, 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, and pepper to taste. Whisk with fork until well combined.

Cut two strips of bacon crosswise into half-inch strips. Fry until cooked but not yet crispy.

Boil water and cook ramen very al dente, or just until it can be loosened from it?s block form.

Add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil to the bacon and stir, lifting any bacon bits that are stuck to the pan. Once the oil is hot, remove the pan from heat. Pour a small amount of the water the ramen was cooked in and stir. Add the ramen noodles and stir some more, coating the noodles in the bacon/olive oil mixture. Next, add the egg mixture, making sure to pour it onto the noodles and not straight onto the pan. Stir vigorously.

The heat from the pan and ingredients need to turn the egg mixture into a creamy sauce but if the eggs get too hot they will cook too much and become scrabbled eggs. Add additional ramen water as needed to create a smooth but creamy sauce.

Plate and top with additional parmesan cheese and pepper."

I actually found the recipe, with a video on Buzzfeed!
I copy pasted the information above but will include the link below for everyone else!
Let me know what you guys think if you've already tried it and or if you do decide to try it!
