Peggy (ちえり, Chieri?) is a peppy pig villager from the Animal Crossing series. She originally appeared in the Japanese-only Dōbutsu no Mori e+, was cut out of Animal Crossing: Wild World, and returned in Animal Crossing: City Folk. Her name may be a parody of Miss Piggy from the Muppets. There is also a type of sweets called Peggy Pig and Pals which may have inspired Peggy's name. Her catchphrase is a play on the word "sweetie".

Appearance

Peggy as she reappears in Animal Crossing: City Folk.
Peggy is a cheerful-looking pink pig with short auburn hair, pink blush, and wide, blue eyes. She originally wears the Blue Stripe shirt. Peggy strongly resembles Miss Piggy.

As a peppy villager, Peggy will always appear to be in a good mood. She will get along with other villagers including the player, making it easy to befriend her. She will enjoy the usual hobbies, and may ask the player for bugs or fish that she finds cute. She will easily get upset, but due to a short attention span she will forget ever having the conversation. Like all peppy villagers, she dreams of becoming famous in the future. She will get on well with normal, lazy, jock, and other peppy villagers, but may annoy snooty and cranky villagers with her upbeat personality.

House

In Dōbutsu no Mori e+, Peggy's house has a similar design to Gabi's, only that she has used the Tartan Wall and the Ceramic Tile. K.K. Bossa is played on a Turntable to fit the relaxed feel of her house with many furniture from the Cabana Series, such as a Cabana Screen and a Cabana Chair with a Piano and with plants.

In Animal Crossing: City Folk, Peggy's house has a beach feel with various furniture from the Cabana Series, such as the Cabana Lamp and the Cabana Screen. K.K. Bossa is played on a Turntable to fit the relaxed feel of her house with a piano and hammock.

ANTONIO IN BOXES

latest

Antonio (マコト, Makoto?) is a jock anteater villager from the Animal Crossing series. His name could be a play on the word anteater, since Antonio starts with the same three letters. His initial catchphrase is "honk," referring to his nose; other things make that noise with a nose like it. He is currently the only jock anteater in the series.

Appearance

Antonio is a dark gray anteater, with a cream colored snout and beady black eyes. His tail looks like a feather duster - fluffy, gray, black, and white. He initially wears a Big Star Shirt. The back of his head, and his ears, are a darker color than the rest of his head.

Personality

Antonio has a jock personality, which means he will have a keen interest in sports and fitness, making him appear competitive and in some cases rude when talking to other villagers, usually criticizing their fitness. He will appear slow-witted and absent-minded when talking about deep, meaningful things. He will occasionally gossip but mostly talk about exercising and fitness. He will get along well with peppy and normal villagers, but gets confused by the choice of lifestyle followed by lazy villagers, who appear opposite to the jock personality. He may offend and upset snooty and cranky villagers.

House

In Dōbutsu no Mori e+, Antonio has the same house as Bertha does, with the difference being the Lattice Wall and the Cabana Flooring. K.K. Faire is played on a Gold Stereo. There is many furniture from the Modern Series, including a Modern Bed and a Modern Table including a Plant and an Bass.

In Animal Crossing: Wild World and Animal Crossing: City Folk, Antonio's home has the beach set. He has a lawn chair, a red boom box that plays K.K. Faire, a bathtub, a fridge, a life ring, a tea set, a picnic table, a clothesline, and a beach chair. He also has the tropical vista wallpaper and tropical floor, which belong to the beach set.

DIANA IN BOXES

Diana (ナタリー, Natarī ?, Natalie) is a snooty deer villager who appears in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. Her name likely stems from Diana, the Roman goddess of the hunt. Her initial phrase "no doy" is a variant of "no duh", a rather snooty phrase that is uttered to indicate that something said is quite blatantly obvious.

Appearance

Diana is a white deer with a lilac fringe. She wears pale pink makeup and black mascara with two eyelashes towards the end. Her hooves and the outside edge of her ears are a matching pink, with a blue inside. She initially wears a Natty Shirt, a Gracie Design.

Personality

Below is a brief description of the snooty personality.

Diana is snooty. She will appear uptown, classy and chic. With this, she will appear rude, belittling and snobbish when talking to the player or other villagers, usually criticizing their clothing or fashion sense. She will get along with cranky, uchi, smug, and other snooty villagers. She won't get along with normal because of how she criticizes them, which ends up in major fights. Jock villagers will question her fitness, weight, and age. She doesn't like lazy villagers because they don't give a hoot about their appearance and are not picky about their food while Diana is. She will eventually warm up to you like most snooty villagers but still remain subtly rude.

House

Diana has Stale Cupcakes playing on her Phonograph.

Trivia

Her Spanish name Bambina means "girl" in Italian. It also bears resemblance to "Bambi", a movie produced by Disney which features a deer fawn by the same name.
There are a few subtle connections to her and the goddess Diana aside from name. One legend had a hunter seeing The Goddess while she was bathing, in which she in revenge turned the hunter into a Stag (A male deer). Not only is Diana from this game a deer, but her house is styled as an elegant bathhouse, complete with roman pillars on the wallpaper.

PIETRO IN BOXES

latest

Pietro (ジュペッティ,, Jupetti?) is a smug sheep villager who first appeared in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. His name is Italian and possibly comes from Pietro Aretino, who famously died from laughing to death. His name in the American and European versions may be a play on Piero (ピエロ), the Japanese loanword for clown. His catchphrase refers to the noise most clown's noses make.

Appearance

Pietro is a multicolored sheep that resembles a stereotypical clown. He has a distinctive large red nose, and thick red lips, as well as ram-style horns that are striped with alternating dark and light blue shades. His face is white, and his eyes are small and black. He has pink heart around his left eye, and a blue tear underneath his right eye.

Personality

Below is a brief description of the smug personality.
Pietro has a smug personality. This means he will be very kind and gentlemanly when in conversation with the player. On numerous occasions, he will flirt with the player (if they are female) and admire them. Pietro will occasionally talk about being into niche hobbies, like being a train fanatic or collecting plastic bottle caps. He will appear to have a crush on peppy villagers because of their cute personality and for their love of fashion. He will be very interested in fashion and will mention it often in conversations and letters.

House

Pietro's house is very childish and colorful and has a resemblance to an amusement park. The illusion walls and flooring may be a reference to the infamous "Hall of Mirrors" found in most circus sets. He has many balloons in his house and a Dice Stereo playing K.K. Parade. Pressing A while facing the spinning wheel will start it and then pressing A again will stop it, to see which number you land on.
