Me thinks the bodyguards be a bit too trusting. :/ Should have waited until we know they're alright to trust before gunning for it. Sure we elected Jubs and Kayla, so obviously we have a significant amount of trust in them, but it doesn't hurt to hold off and keep your cards close to your chest.

Well, in all honesty, the bodyguards probably won't have much to worry about. If they mayor/sheriff is mafia, they would be trying to leave the bodyguards alive as long as possible to provide the invulnerability. If not, the mayor/sheriff still wants them alive in order to aid the town. If the mayor and sheriff were revealed mafia, a bodyguard could just go out and say that they are the bodyguard and to lynch them so the mafia mayor/sheriff are killable.
Obviously, there are a few flaws and "What If" scenarios involved in my ramble, but that's the gist of it. Hopefully the bodyguards play it right.

Yeah, the bodyguards don't really have much to lose by telling the Mayor and Sheriff who the are. If anything, they have protection from being killed by the mafia (if the Mayor and/or Sheriff are mafia, that is).

What if the bodyguards were people who others were suspecting O: They may have wanted to do that to show their credibility and genuinity.

We may need a second opinion here, but I feel they received multiple names.

Yes, the bodyguards have trusted us both enough to separately PM us (Me + Justin). That is how we were able to narrow down names.

No need to narrow it down if they only got two PMs.

I actually got one PM from a supposed "Townie" but I'm pretty sure it's because they were / are in fear for their life and wanted to take up my offer of protection. =P I read the thread too, lol. I don't know whether they are actually a Townie or not, though.

If one or both of the bodyguards decides to remain silent for now, we may have a problem. Just because only two people PM'd, doesn't mean that they are definitely the two bodyguards. They may be doing that just to keep themselves safe, even though it does involve a risk.

Yeah, unfortunately we are aware of that too. For now, we are going to stick with the information we have and work with it unless something drastic happens. It's all we have right now, since it's still very early in the game. We have two names who we consider to be our bodyguards though. It's a good start because we'll only be getting more information as the game progresses, which will guide us.

Less than 4 hours left! About the bodyguard thing: Kayla and Justin, watch out for random PMs! Mafia can certainly role claim a detective, ask who the bodyguards are and kill them. Not just the mafia, but mad hatters and vigs are out there as well.
