Remember folks, Thursday will be when the game starts. Roles will be dealt with tomorrow and I will send them out sometime late Wednesday, early Thursday.
No exact time has been set, but expect it sometime after noon (EST -5) for the day post.
The shot is nullified (and used up in the case of a Vig or Assassin). The only time scum would really target an elected role with a bodyguard alive is if they are also trying to kill the bodyguard that same night. If so, both hits will be successful. If the bodyguard is saved for whatever reason (medic, bus), the hit on the elected role will also fail.
It depends on the poll. As of right now, it will most likely reduce to three. I actually wanted the "waiver if contributive" so if people don't want to post, they need to contribute.

uh, how come Lynn is in the player list, the ban list and the replacement list?
She was initially on the ban list for sharing information after her death. We had the option to either keep the same ban list or pardon some people. We honestly didn't know if we would get enough players since many people were tired already. So we gave her the condition (since she really wanted to play again) that she will stay on the replacement list first. If we do not get enough people to play then she will be allowed into the game. If all 35 slots fill up then she won't get to play and will have to sit out as if it was her ban.
All 35 slots did fill up, but then one person wanted to quit so we replaced him with Lynn105.
Lynn105 is going to be playing Mafia.
Will a vig be able to hit an incarcerated player at all? (ie. will their action be rejected, or will it still happen but fail [and in that case, is the shot used up?])

Incarceration will happen publicly and those who are incarcerated are immune to any night kills. If a Vigilante, Vengeful Vigilante, Mafia member decides to strike against them then their shot will be rejected / nulled out & returned to be used on someone else. I doubt this will even happen though, considering it'll be done publicly so everyone knows who not to target that night.

No. Once you send in the PM, then that is assumed to be your final decision. So plan things out carefully and take your time if you have to. If we do get more than one PM for a night action, then only the first PM will count and be used.
If it so happens that the Mafia mess up at any point and send in extra KPs, the first Mafia PMs (with KPs in them) to be received will be the ones that count for that night.
