Mafia TBT Mafia IX: The Apocalypse [Game Over/Town Win]

I'm worried about Pestilence because we've got an overwhelming amount of Baker claims but we don't have enough nurse claims (and if you're a nurse out there, please do not out yourself). I'm curious now actually, why do you seem to be so unconcerned about Pestilence? Sure he's not a major player now with the mafia quickly gaining the lead (especially if as town we don't choose our actions wisely tonight), but he/she is still a threat.

Anyways, thank you to those who've put something together compared to the people still hiding in the shadows. I think our best option is to lynch Kaiaa, leave some of our "baker" friends to any vigs/jacks if we still have any. To be honest, at this point, most of the people I was working with don't trust me (why do you people become so paranoid after someone leads a good lynch??) so I'm not sure how much longer I'm going to last. Threats to have me shot and threats to have me inspected are just irritating at this point. It's got me worried I'm just working with the wrong people.

Some people are probably iffy about Mafia IV, and how you sacrificed Gandalf for a lynch to gain trust. As I see it however, I don't particularly think the Horsemen would be balanced if two strong players were on it, so you're either Mafia or Town. I don't think it's wrong to be paranoid of someone you're working with. Just because a player made a good lynch happen doesn't automatically clear them as innocent, so it's natural people would suspect you.

I'm sorry for not making a case, but had I not gotten info that Pally should be trusted for now, I would make a case against her.

For now, I suggest we take a look at the names that concern us (Justin and Kaiaa). Right now, I'm leaning towards Kaiaa ; Justin is usually inactive so it doesn't seem like the smartest move.

It's unfortunate that I cannot provide a decent enough defense without people twisting my words but no matter what you believe my alliance to be I am warning you about Jeremy. He claimed a very powerful blue roll to me in IRC a few nights ago before I was called out for inactivity. I find it extremely suspicious that he (or any blue) would claim to someone out of nowhere before knowing if they could trust them. Besides that, Jeremy has only posted a grand total of 3 times (make sure I counted right, not counting the /join post). When you want to call someone out for inactivity or quietness you need to be looking at him for his lack of quality posts aka bandwagon posts and his inactivity and failure to vote on an odd day. Now, I don't know any detectives but if there are any of you left you need to keep it secret and inspect him for possible mafia/horsemen affiliations.

I definitely did not claim a powerful blue role at any point in this game, so for that reason I am voting for Kaiaa as well. Sorry! (Not really )

Placing my vote in for Kaiaa. Her most recent post about Jeremy reeks of scumness IMO. It's sounds similar to what Prof Gallows tried to do before he died in Animal Crossing Mafia. Spreading misinformation and all before her likely flip as Mafia or Horsemen.

Regarding my inactiveness, sorry about that, but it's usually what I do in the early stages of the game unless I've gotten involved in something in particular. I've spoken to a couple players through PMs.

On the very first night, three people visited SuperPenguin - The Watchman that was working with PurplPanda, Sway (Who we now know was an investigator), and Justin who ended up shooting him. After the kill was made, Justin stayed completely quiet until the Watchman's targets got revealed and his name came up, and at that point he was fairly quick to admit that he was indeed the culprit, but that he was a Vigilante and that he was now out of bullets. Here is the post:

I actually revealed that I shot SuperPenguin before the Watchman came into the picture and PurplPanda spread the news. I spoke through PMs with pallycake and Prof Gallows in particular, and I'm sure they shared that information through to others. I was just quiet in the thread, and made that post to make it clear to everyone who wasn't in that circle of information with the PMs.

I'm going to vote Kaiaa but I still want to hear something about her and her post is way different from the previous games. (omg... is this all I can say?!)

The fact that several people are quick to vote for Kaiaa without having been very active in the discussions within the thread is a little alarming, but I truthfully have no better target to suggest and I do agree that some of her actions seemed suspicious. Voting for her for lack of a better candidate.

Those ten votes on Kaiaa came way too quickly, and a few are from people I have strong concerns about. Now I have huge regrets casting my vote for her, because I know that a few confirmed town roles did NOT yet vote, and that means for certain that at least one or two of the votes for her were Mafia votes. Maybe they would be willing to kill their own player to look less suspicious themselves, but I fear it's also likely that Kaiaa will turn out to be innocent, or potentially a Horseman. I feel like I made a mistake. Ugh. I hope time proves me wrong.

The same thought occurred to me actually, the fast bandwagon. Reminds me of the Cell Mafia lynches. But I still find the most recent post from Kaiaa to be scummy as hell regardless, so I'll be keeping my vote for now.

The one I did in AC Mafia was typed word for word as it happened in staff chat, I can't do it this time because I didn't have situational proof of Jeremys scumminess at the time it happened, I also didn't copy the chat to my clipboard for later use. It's an unfortunate lesson to have to learn, but I won't make this mistake again in any of the mafia games I play.

It's not powerful at all because it requires an extreme amount of lucky timing. In fact, I think it's more bad than good because there's a higher chance it kills a fellow townie. Of course now that my role is public, it is 100% useless instead of 95% useless.

Jeremy, I don't care that I'm digging myself my own personal grave but I'm still going to call you out for their safety. I have blatantly lied to your face in public and you failed to call me out on it. We never spoke in staff chat IRC, you private IRCed me with the following conversation:
