He got lynched in Tarot as mafia for claiming something rando, I thought it was for grammar, but it was just for a bad claim. People just teased him relentlessly for the mistake. He definitely did get lynched for his "to the town" statement in BoI though.

Ness did jump on that like a fat kid on cake though, and hasn't really come back when he's in the ideal timezone for this game so I find that really weird.

I do like the fishing for reactions out of me here. Was it not majorly you that guilt tripped me into playing this game when I wanted to take a break because I lost a good friend because of mafia? "Minties play even though you really don't want to and feel ****ty" "Minties is sus because she doesn't want to try hard!!!!" Okay, friend. I never said I was going to go full Runeraider mode and lurk the whole game. I'm just taking a step back because I feel kind of crappy about the situation and would rather focus my energy on more positive things.

Massive exaggeration - It didn't take you all that much convincing to make you sign up, there was no actual guilt-tripping involved (unless "I'd really like it if you'd join" = Guilt!), and I think everyone knows I'd never intentionally make you feel bad. That said, we both know that what I said is true as well; You'd likely feel bad in the long run if you didn't do your best in the game. You have even stated twice that you think all alignments are good because it allows you to practice - A statement which clearly portrays how seriously you take Mafia in general. You can't fool me! That said, just do your best; All I ask for, cutiepie. <3

How is it dangerous to claim when you're on the block if you're town? Everyone that is town SHOULD be doing that if they're about to be mislynched. They don't help us very much if they're dead, do they? It's not unorthodox, it should be standard practise. The amount of times I've nearly pulled my hair out when a ****ing blue gets lynched without claiming is astronomical.

We cannot pretend to know the thoughts of our glorious Eternal President. We can not know how His holy mind processes things, or whom he intends to lynch. There is no real "chopping block" to be put on in this game as it's a single hidden vote that decides who lives and who dies at this point. Hence why I feel that my statement was important. Clearly, you agree with my opinion yet still make a fuss about it. Tsk tsk.

A SK is really the only hostile third party role I can think of and Dolby likes to put them in his games, so it's very likely that there's one.

These are kind of general mafia game play and common knowledge instead of "tactics". I feel like a lot of your posts have been more fluffy than usual with general knowledge put in there to make it look like you're contributing a massive amount of words.

There are multiple newer players in the game, so I feel like sharing this 'common knowledge' is wise and beneficial to town, and I will continue to do so whenever I deem it is important. Furthermore, it gets discussion going which I think is key to making the most out of Day 1.

Can I just ask why Miharu's slip is written off as a grammar slip, yet "to the town" boy Ness over there was lynched in TWO games for grammar?

pretty poorly given i've mia these first hours, oops.
i'm hoping to pressure myself into playing better than previous games and work on case building. given the logistics behind this game though, i'm not so sure how confident i will be in myself. procrastination trumps all small dreams of mine.

I addressed this already a couple of pages back. Let me highlight it for you.

Secondly, I want to talk about scum numbers. The win conditions listed in the opening post and on the only publicly known role very clearly states that all HOSTILE Third Party needs to be eliminated in order to win the game. Note that this win condition is also listed for Mafia. This leads me to believe that there is definitely some kind of Serial Killer role in the game. Potentially also a secondary Third Party that isn't hostile. Furthermore, a game of this size would likely have around 4 or 5 Mafia. This means that there could potentially be a lot of deaths already on N1 and that if we have any blue roles with "limited use" powers, it may be better to use them sooner rather than later, with the exception of Vigilantes perhaps unless you're very confident you'll hit scum.

Thoughts on this would be appreciated. Thanks.

actually majority was on daniel and then i wrote a thing, and 1 or 2 votes flipped to ness which hammered him

so ur kinda oversimplifying it in a weird way tbh. i never even mentioned the "to the town" line when i wrote that, 'cause i don't rly read into grammar in that way
