Tbh now that I think about it, roleblocker is kind of a reverse cop. A block w/ all kills sent means the one blocked is 100% town no questions asked. But if KP is less than 2, then its a gamble either way.
For what its worth, I believe this 100% clears Uttu. The only way Uttu would be mafia here is if mafia decided to frame last night, and Uttu is for damn sure someone who wouldn't think to frame.
