Since the Cult (Sorry, I am just going to use basic terms) just has to outnumber the Town, then I don't think the Mafia should have to eradicate both the Cult and Town team.
However, with the Cult Leader alive, Town's numbers will be reducing at a faster rate making it easier for Scum to equal or outnumber them.

If a player is culted, do they lose any abilities they once had? Also, where is the purple?
