It was expected as that was what was done in the past when sign-ups were open to invitation. Instead, Tina just reserved some spots for players she thought/knew would like a spot.

Sorry. Wasn't feeling well last night and didn't get around to responding to comments. If I haven't responded to you then that means I'm happy with how someone else answered on my behalf (Nick you're a ☆) or your question was probably covered under 'Tweaks'. If not, tell me and I'll take another look at your question.

I think that the mayor should keep their role. If a strong player received a Detective role but wanted to go for mayor to help the town, it'd be unfair to make them give up their role for it.

Mayor definitely keeps their original role! Sorry if it wasn't clear.

Originally there were going to be. Then I figured with so many available places that it was unnecessary. I ended up just making a couple reservations based on time zones / people who had shown interest but told me they might not be around when sign-ups started.

Changed cap to 35. WotC will be effect. Maximum 34 players in total only if those spots fill in time. Let me know whether or not you'd want to stay if it hits that total. Or I could just message you with the final total (see conditions below ↓) nearer the deadline if you'd rather to decide then.


On that note: If game hits 30 players by 9pm GMT (4pm EST) then game will start at 11pm GMT (6pm EST) tonight. Unless popular opinion is to start at a later date.


Tweaks

• Changed player cap to 35. WotC will be effect.
• Changing cult leader role so that if the cult tries to recruit mafia the attempt simply fails, rather than resulting in the cult leader's death.
