You couldn't protect yourself that night anyway because Metagross could only protect once every 2 nights.
I am pretty sure he meant with each other.
As we both claimed to be trainers, with Mareep and Noctowl.. which both happen to be favorite pokemon or ours. The very next day we both came clean to each other about our roles because we couldn't stand lying to each other.

according to trundle, its a SK/mafia win. but in the tbt mafia history thing its listed as a draw because they changed mafia and sk's wincon halfway thru the game

i already explained that once river gained 10 ludicolos she would exit the game and mafia would have met their win condition
That relies on all the mafia agreeing not to kill River. If she had not known that was the requirement I would have backstabbed and had her killed after she made a good use of herself but thankfully I was a dead player lol.
