Is there anyone on this site who is like me? I forget about this website for years on end but whenever I do remember it, I come back to see if it's still alive (although I never post). For context I made my account in 2009 when I was 11 years old, I'm 22 now and I'm just wondering if there are any members still active from around the time I was regularly posting (2009/2010). Regardless, it's good to see that this site is still alive. Some of my fondest gaming memories come from playing LGTTC/CF online with people from this forum. Keep doing what you do TBT.

Can’t say I know anything about what happened during 2009/2010, but I joined in 2013 and have been pretty active since (aside from my three year hiatus from 2015-2018). I also just wanted to say I’m the same age as you, which is pretty ironic and cool at the same time. And I agree. It’s always nice to see TBT still kicking strong.

It's really cool to be honest, I only know a few people our age who play AC let alone have played it in the past. I'm hoping that I can get enough money together to buy a switch for the new release haha.

I can't lie I don't remember you either, but It's crazy that we were active around the same time! I never posted a lot, I remember I always wanted to break 1K posts but never did. Visiting the site again puts a lot of things in perspective, especially since those years were difficult for me. I hope I remember to come back more frequently!

I joined in 2013 a bit after the release of New Leaf. I had stumbled upon the site well before that as I also used to play Wild World and City Folk when those were the latest games. I was fairly young then though and didn't have wi-fi to play with other members so I never considered joining until New Leaf.

When I joined I was 17. Now I'm 23. I was active the most around 2013-2014 and was more off and on from 2015-2018. As I got tired of New Leaf after having two towns and over 1000 hours in the game as of 2015. This year though I've been around more mostly in the basement and Nintendo gaming sections.

When I look back at some of my first posts I think "oh wow lol". I also find it weird that most people I interact with on here now are members that joined in more recent years. Sure there's a few 2013ers(or earlier) on here but most I see nowadays are 2017 or newer. I also miss my friend I made on here back in like 2014. I still have a way to contact him but he quit the forums back in 2015ish and I rarely hear from him anymore.

Edit: Decided to send him as message to see how's he's doing as I haven't heard from him since March. Thanks for posting this thread it helped remind me of him!
