My prompt was "Crazy Cactus", and so I thought, hey, no one's crazier than the Joker himself. While he may be lacking in the cactus department, especially since he looks more like a slightly squashed jelly bean, he definitely makes up for it with a heavy dose of crazy.

Had to do some extensive research for this one:

Here you can see the rather "flagrant" fireworks publicly calling out Nook and Redd for their scams, the "fire work creator['s]" head can be seen to the right (red silhouette) defending their firework creations. They were just trying to tell the truth but the others watching would argue it was pretty inappropriate.
