TBT's Earth Week 2024: Hybrid Flower Breeding & More!

Since there is just today and tomorrow left to grow, that means mathematically it isn’t worth trying to breed a magical red rose because you can only get one of them per day and you would need two of them to attempt a blue rose.

I mean, it could be good to grow Magic Red Roses to use in future Earth Weeks/Flower Weeks and save having to do so next time. I've been mulling over whether to replace the two White Roses on the top left of my lineup with an Orange Rose and a Purple Rose for that purpose. I think I'd rather keep the chances for more Purple Roses though.

The magical red rose loses its sparkles once the event is over, right? I think I read it isn’t a permanent thing and will revert to a regular red rose at the end of the event. Can someone please confirm?

Correct, the Magic Red Rose sparkle is only temporarily active during the course of this event (and probably in future Earth Weeks/Flower Weeks). The sparkle on the Gold Roses, meanwhile, is permanent.
