Thanks everyone for the fun event!!! I love the anual egg hunts and return to the forum every year because of it.
Time to vanish for another year now if not a new ac comes out.

And thank you as always to the staff for hosting another great egg hunt! Laudine really popped off with the eggs this year and I'm so happy I finally got to participate in an egg hunt with starry-themed eggs because it's one of my favourite aesthetics. When I saw the crescent moon egg I immediately fell in love.

Nah I gotta take a break from crying so I can publicly air out my shame and regret:

4- I wasted all my guesses on the bird banner (Mick, birds) and the celeste chick plushes because "why would inanimate objects like potions have friends???" AGHGHDFGHDFGHDFGHDFGH
12- I submitted 16.3 as one of my guesses but didn't add the 3 at the front and thought rounding to one decimal was how it fit 3 digits ASDFJKLJKL;SDJKL;DFS I would have rather have been way off
16- TANGY. RUINED. EVERYTHING.
29- Magikarp was one of my guesses and they're from the same gen, so I sort of got close... right? RIGHT?

But woooo I got two first eggs- in the same batch to boot!

Freaking TANGY. Me too babe, right there with u. I guessed 62. Ughhhhhhhh.

Well, got 3/8 puzzles right lol. I remember 242 (lol and 159 for that matter) well. I won a prize for my screenshot involving those in that event lol!!!! I’m SOOOO SAD that I didn’t get 28. I put Big Top. Not Axel. Though I know Axel is the only jock, big top has the gym house. I went WAY off in left field for #12. Since the maximum number of trees you can have in animal crossing is 400 that was my start and then the number of bells for a tree and it said to round down so I thought of when you get the shiny spot, can plant a money tree you always dig up 1000 bells and if you only plant the thousand do you get 3000 bells so I put 3400 for one guess, I as I know you can plant 99,000 bells your percentage of getting that back is much lower so I personally always plant 10,000 because I know I’ll always get back 30,000 and once again, it said to round down so I did one guess as 30,400 and the other guess as if they were 400 many trees with 10,000 bells times three and put a guess of 12 million lol!!!

HUGE congrats to kilza and merielle!!!! Super proud of you! And once again, as always, thank you so much to our talented staff who luv to torture us with these crazy clues!!!! Now to decide for sure which eggs I will be getting an in which order hahaha!!!

Thank you to the staff for putting together another exciting egg hunt! The new eggs are beautiful. The clues were fun and challenging. It was a blast!

Also, thanks to everyone who worked on solving the community clues! Sadly, I was no help at all. All of those clues went over my head, but I'm grateful for everyone who shared hints.

Now, I can't wait to see the rest of the eggs submitted for the decorating contest!

oh axel is 28, thank goodness i submited him too i thought it must be teddy because i could swear bears are the biggest species, but elephants are bigger irl so i played it safe. my only puzzle that i got LOL

if i've learned anything from these puzzles it's that I need to utilise the three guesses option more lol... i was so sure of my guess for #16 but tangy and coco decided to ruin that. and for #4 i was misled by 'descended from one and the same' and assumed that was the wanted answer, not what they actually were.. oops. i'm impressed i managed to find two first though! that makes up for my losses elsewhere lol

I can't believe I was the first to figure one out! I didn't think I was the first AT ALL but after a while of nobody posting the answer in the thread I started to think maybe I am the first?? So I was frantically trying to figure out the other clues in that batch while simultaneously trying to write a post explaining how to find it and I got myself so stressed But thankfully someone else did instead.

Also nearly guessed Golbat for the mirror but didn't. I have no idea why I didn't. Kicking myself now but nevermind!

Yeah. The gym one I guessed Kofu. At first I thought it may have been talking about ac, but I thought gorillas were the largest and it didn't make sense. I should have looked at ac closer.

I forgot to express my gratitude:
To the staff, for creating some entertaining puzzles, giving me a jump scare every time the banner changes, and decorating the thread with the adorable villager birbs (Mick, will you design the banners for my art shop?). The new eggs did not disappoint! That crescent moon egg could honestly go in the top tier, and I’m so glad it’s extra affordable.

And thanks to my friends, for allowing me to frantically / angrily privately discuss some of these eggs with you. If your brain is as melted as mine, know that we were in this together.
