Hi! May I enter even though I don't have the latest Pokemon game? ^^

My friends tried teaching me how to play competitively, but the who EVS/IVS thing and breeding to get a certain personality is just too much work. >< The team I was thinking about getting were: Tyranitar, Heatran, Breloom, Quagsire; I was going to use Dusclops too, I think but then a friend of mine suggested me to take him out. This was back sometime when X/Y was released.
