Like I said, if someone wants the D5 slot I can remove her. I just made her so the slots would fill up faster and this can start sooner.

Fleck, being raised in the district of Power, had a pretty easy life. At a young age, she became nifty with wires and climbing, due to having to climb the power towers and occasionally the walls of the hydroelectric dam they have. She is fairly rough due to this, not knowing how to be gentle. Though, she does have a warm heart and would probably pity a young child if she had to. Fleck knows the Hunger Games however, and would refuse to pity anyone unless they were truly in need of help. She is rash and makes quick, often immature or ridiculous decisions which lead her into trouble. Her caution however helps, as her reflexes are always at 200%, jumping at the slightest twitch or sound of a twig snapping. Fleck is also used to pain, as she has been electrified many times due to messing around with wires. She was working to either be a powerplant security officer, or a system analyst.
Abilities ►
Due to wanting to be a security officer or system analyst, Fleck started at an early age developing physical skills to be a security officer. This, coupled with the fact she has the ability to scale things like walls and towers, can also be helpful for protection. Her knowledge of climbing could possibly help her out when she needs to climb a tree. However, she is fairy clumsy, and can't swim for the life of her. She can be quiet and sly however and knows how to conserve food. In the days before the Games, she trained: edible plants and insects, climbing (tree climbing to be exact), axes, fire-making and hand-to-hand combat. However, she did mainly focus on climbing , edible plants/insects and axes.

[[lmao i couldnt decide on a character and decided I liked this one the most! this is just a ref of her casual clothes in a normal non-hunger games AU, and she is heterochromatic! she does take the colored strings on her fingers into the hunger games however, to remind her of eating and fires and sleeping and such as she is pretty forgetful.]]
