Personality: Very flaky, very sassy, and quite often very moody. Her hobby is being a comedian, and because of her fame, she tends to have her head inflated as far as how good she is compared to other people. In her mind's eye, there's no doubt she'll win. She also tends to be quite illiterate and not very educated, as her District 5 job doesn't require much of an education. She usually just follows in the footsteps of others and assumes the best will happen when she does.
Abilities: Good at making making people cringe, and twerking, as her hobby is being a comedian. She's also very good at smashing stuff, and she isn't afraid to grab anything big and heavy or dangerous and smack people around with it. Also, her job at District 5 as system analyst allows her to analyze different situations and determine the best outcome. She was recently fired from her job right before the tributes were announced though...

Abilities: He is quite strong, but rarely gets a chance to use his strength as he is not very good at close range combat (ie with daggers or knives). Instead he is skilled with longer range weapons like a bow, or if he can't get anything like that, a spear style weapon.

Abilities: She is quite agile, and she is good at hiding due to being rather small as she can fit into smaller places that taller people may not necessarily be able to get to.

The only reason that she is nice and dosen't look out only for herself is because she has a little brother and no parents since they died of starving. She's hoping to win so she can go back home and have a better life in Victor's village with him since she knows if she loses he will lonely, have no family, starve. She is quite good with knowing her berries but not amazing at it. Her speciality would be a bow and arrow since she can aim at high distances. She is quite fast and agile so she hopes that she'll be able to run from her Rivals.

Daniel is a shy type and tries hiding self from most people so he's good at hiding. He is a friendly,kind guy but when you make him angry you do not want to be near! He becomes something from your worst Nightmare... He loves fishing in District 4 and he's very social, he's quite good with a throwing knife and can use them in many circumstances.

Rosalina is a kind girl but is amazing at combat and weapons, she originally came from a career district until she moved to District 12 when she was 12. Her speciality would be a Bow and arrow since she is a perfect aimer. Since she always goes out into the woods of her District she knows which berries are good to eat and which aren't. She can aim her bow and arrow up to long distances, if all the bow and arrows are gone in the Cornucopia she will go to anything left, she can work with anything.[/SPOILER]

Aww, I see that you care for the book since you cared enough to correct my mistake, but if you look closely you can see that District 9 male is reserved and not female so you can still join! I really hope you do!

OmgItsAbigail is right, it's only the District 9 male thats reserved, someone reserved the District 5 female as a prank and never made an actually valid character for her. At the end of the post, they stated if someone actually wants the spot, they can have it. Toxi just never updated the status of it, which is why it still says reserved.
