This service is completely and utterly free.
All Icaria villagers are 100% original.

I hope that you all treat me with the respect and kindness I deserve. I am doing this not for myself, but for you guys. I have an unyielding desire to help others obtain their dreamies, and I want to do it at no cost to others. But if you aren't kind to me as I am kind to you, we will have a problem.
➳ My timezone is Eastern Standard Time. (EST) I'm on incredibly frequently, but in a way, unpredictably.
➳ Adoptions are first come, first serve.
➳ Please know that the way I cycle is a little bit different.. I do interact with these villagers. I do this so I can scope out their personality and looks and what they're like so I can inform you, the public, just what this villager is like when living in a town. It gives you a free sneak peak. Please know this won't effect the villagers originality in any way. They keep their catchphrase, outfit, house decor.. you name it. They are 100% original. But I do interact with them.
➳ When I post that a villager is in boxes, I TYPICALLY give the Belltree community 2 hours to claim the villager or I will void them. HOWEVER, I get very attached to Icaria's villagers and I'm very determined to find them each a home. So expect some elongated windows of time for adoptions.
➳ I do not autovoid Tier 5 villagers. I give them the same 2 hours as the other Tiers. (See the rule above.)
➳ I do not take reservations at this time. Due to this being a 100% free cycling service, meaning no TBT or IGB are asked for or required, I don't see the need to reserve villagers. They are available when they are available. I will make it known very clearly when a villager is in boxes, or when a new villager has arrived so this shouldn't be a huge problem.
➳ I welcome lurkers. If you are searching for a specific villager, (or villagers) please let me know via post or PM and I will add you to the Lurk List.
➳ Note- Lurking does NOT prevent your ability to adopt a different moving villager when they are available. If you respond first and you have room for them, you still get them even if you were lurking for another. I know from experience how fast preferences can change.
When picking up an Icarian villager:
I'm not incredibly strict. If you pull a weed, or stray off the path, or dig holes, or shake trees.. I don't really have a problem with it; it doesn't bother me, nor does it cut into my time. It only cuts into the time you could have spent obtaining your dream villager diligently and effectively. It's when you're rude to me that I will flip my wifi switch and you will not obtain the villager you sought to claim. I don't even mind chatting, or even chilling for a little bit, I'm very laid back with this as I believe it is suppose to be FUN.. but this is a service, we have a deal to complete. Besides, you can always visit me in my main non-cycling town, Araxos, if you wish to hang out and chat for a longer period of time.

A Special Note:
This is my first cycle town, so please bear with me. It's my first time doing this, so I'm bound to make a few mistakes and even lose a villager at times due to my newness to the process. So please be patient with me- I will constantly be editing this thread and making improvements as I learn. Thankfully, I've received the help of an incredibly kind and thoughtful user who has a highly successful cycle thread. You can check out this giving Delibird here. I hope to implement different things to this service to get more users involved and smiling. Look forward to additions such as: a free gift when you go to pick up your villager (), and even free fruit and bells and saplings.. Even special items such as the musical clam shell. (Note these features are far away into the future, I have literally just started this thread and service so it will take me a while to even get Icaria going.)

I love that you give every villager a chance! I find it very sad to know that there are villagers that are less desirable who get no chance for adoption. I look forward to seeing your cycle town fulfill everyone's dreamie needs! Just wanted to compliment you on your amazing mentality and give you a mini bump. I would normally be lurking for some dreamies but as of now I have a lot of work to do in my town so that I can determine where I want villagers to move in. But I plan to follow your cycle town journey!

this is such an amazing cycling thread <3 I like how you give equal chance for lower tier villagers to be honest they're much harder to get because they easily get auto-voided sometime :'( but thank you for your kind work! I'll keep tab on this thread
