3. How do you become an MMC Admin?

even though im not part of MMC, ill um... hope i get these answers right:
1. The founder is the person who... well.. founded the club.. which is jasonburrows. the administration has some power, but the founder is a special ranking that belongs to one person
2. When you buy Supreme VIP, all items are free at the MMC Superstore
3. You need to send a speech to an admin of MMC or jasonburrows and they have to accept it

I don't know how to answer #s 4 and 5
