Am I on the Members list or is the Forum what matters?

EDIT: Actually, I think I might join, what is the Bell System and how do I use it and who do I send Bells to?

Well, it is on the forums Bell System, but 1,000 TBT Bells will get you a good rank in the MMC, if all three of you join, that totals to 3,000 (1,000 each) if you want a good rank?

What, as in, the Supreme VIP, the one rank that gets a 100% discount?

None as it's the most expensive rank.
