That scary 8... just waiting for a rogue 9th villager to sneak in and steal a good spot... I forgot if when you reset at 8 if you can get both a new villager and a camper in the same reset? Did that make sense or should I re-word?

Ahhhh now I get it, I think lol.

I am only doing it once a day. I change the time to anything after 6am, then make a new character, scout around, and if no one is trying to move in I save and quit, delete the character then carry on as normal as mayor.

But I am only doing it for that, not to actually try and get people to move in, that might be where I'm getting confused.

Glad I am doing it the right way for what I'm doing lol.

He really is! I know everyone seems to want Bam as their jock, but Sly is just so cute... I love his eyes too I hope you can pick him up. His house is pretty cool too, all jungle themed on the inside!

Why are you deleting the character? When you start up are you going to the trouble of talking to Isabelle & Nook first? You don't need to, just stroll around town and if nobody good is there, reset. Only if someone good is there do you need to go to the trouble of saving the character.
