@chaos: I know the feeling, I know for sure that if I get a few of someone?s dream villagers Ill just PM them and wait until they are online, I would skip the thread all together x_x the problem is, what happens when more than one people like that same villager?

It's always going to be unfair to someone unfortunately - people will miss out since you can't split up one villager. I think you just kind of have to use your best judgement. I have a villager I'm giving away that two people were posted for so I PM'd the person who both had a sprite of them in their sig, and had also posted very recently asking after him.

Yup yup. This girl gave him Punchy. My other person I'm in a trade with wanted either Punchy or Rosie, so since jake wanted punchy, I let the other guy know and he was okay with getting Rosie when she decides to move.
