I just want to say I'm not a fan of the whole lurking and sniping thing. I know not everyone is super social, heck I'm a hardcore lurker, but at least try to be somewhat active so people know you actually really want the animal. I have no clue if that lurker who has say....Sly in their sig actually really cares about him. But if you actually post around a bit and let it be known you want them, well then it makes it more apparent you care about that animal. *shrug* Just my feelings!

I usually just start a new day and reset repeatedly. You don't have to go back to the time as long as it's a new day and you haven't played on an old file.

Tbh I lurked for awhile when I was ultra-new because I was really nervous about posting here when a bunch of people seemed to know one another and I was scared that what just happened would happen to me, lol. I don't really feel that my fears were unfounded because although it worked out in the first poster's favor, there was still kind of a big reaction, you know?
but i also have severe social anxiety so i probably overreacted according to my feelings gomen

But I do really understand what you mean and to an extent I agree with you even, it's easy to see when some people like their chosen villagers and you can be sure those people will really appreciate being given them. It makes giving away super populars like Merengue, Marshal, Bob...really hard I bet!

@chaos: I know the feeling, I know for sure that if I get a few of someone?s dream villagers Ill just PM them and wait until they are online, I would skip the thread all together x_x the problem is, what happens when more than one people like that same villager?

Yup... that's why I hope I get my dreamies from campsite... xD I really doubt I'd get them otherwise. I might have luck with Bunnie but every time someone gives her away I seem to be full.

I would only ever trade Stitches for Marshal, and that would be so difficult since Stitches is adorable haha
