I have Annalise in my main village. She was one of my original five villagers and the first to ask to leave. However, she changed her mind immediately after I gave my approval. She's one of the few villagers I'd willingly let go, but she has yet to ask again. You can have her if she feels like moving, but I have no idea when that will be. I don't TT in that village, so I'm not going to force her eviction.

If you go day by day and make sure to chat up your favorites, the risk is minimal from my experience some people even go more but I'm paranoid hahah

I haven't had any issues tting back to the present day, but since it still counts as time passing you shouldn't do it all at once. If you go backwards like 4-7 days at a time to zoom back to the now you run a high risk of losing someone without notice.
