Hi, I am a bit confused still... So you don't have to wait for 16 villagers to cycle before getting one back? Now that she's gone (and there is already a plot for a new villager - the horrific 'Moe' of all characters), can I get her from someone else once a spot opens in my town? Not sure what the process is...
