I've had Astrid in a previous town, and she was absolutely epic.. I do love Ankha, but from having Astrid before, I just gotta get her back

So...I just caught my nephew with my 3DS and a TT'd town...
Im steaming mad right now so Im trying to keep my cool while typing...

So Im in a perdicament....
He got 2 of my villagers to move out, one being Shep!!! So, I want to start over but I have my cats that I love and a pretty decent layout of my village.

Can I get Shep back soon or do I have to wait for 16 villagers before I can buy a new Shep?
