I find it doesn't always happen (although people claim that one will definitely move out, that's not actually true). I started doing it with three days instead of two and found that a villager wanting to move out was much more likely that way.

Ok thank you, hmm I will try this. I'll stop littering this thread now lol

So nobody wanted Mott?!

Also, the Crown is available in my shop if anyone wants to buy it.

Also also, how the heck did I get a tan?! I barely ever go outside on the island during the day! lol.

I think I found a way to get villagers out quickly/easily!

If you talk to a villager continously until they start "thinking" before you TT two days to get them to move, I think it makes them ask to move on the day you TT to.

I had Hans, and wanted him to move. I talked to him over and over on the 25th until he started to walk around thinking. I then time travelled to the 27th and he asked to move.
Somebody else talked about this and got the same results before me so it probably works!

im sure someone wants him? they might just not be awake yet!

and it doesnt matter if youre on the island or not, if its still summer in your village then you can get a tan just by standing around outside! :pP its a little funny that way, i guess!!

(also good morning chaos! or afternoon, im not completely sure how late it is over there hehe)

Well darn. I always thought tans were from doing stuff on beaches. I guess I gotta stop playing so much in the summer. -_-;

what do you mean 'walk around thinking'? is this something obvious im not getting >.<

Hm, that's very interesting. o.o If that method is 100% true then I'll definitely use it in my main town to make room for dream villagers!

they will say they need some time alone to think after you talk to them like 15 times in a row. it'll show a little thought bubble over their head.

You're my hero.

When you talk to them a lot, they will eventually get "tired" of you and will demand some time alone, and they will start walking around "thinking" [by "thinking" this means they will have that bubble with three dots over their heads like when they shake a tree and nothing falls out of it]

-lol somebody already answered this-

I'm not sure how well this works. I do this a lot with my villagers and the only person who's asked to move out recently was the one resident that I didn't do it to.
