Day 88. Isn't 88 a cool number? Same forwards, backwards, and upside down! Anyway, today was a marvelous Saturday. First of all, there was a change I was going to have to take home a plastic baby for a school project this weekend, but I managed to postpone it to the next weekend... PHEW! Well, today began with a pretty boring Driver's Ed session. I planned a road trip, which was KINDA fun. I dunno, I'm starting to get sick of the class already haha. Afterwards, and after a short meal at home, we headed out for a day on the town, so to speak. Our plan was to see a movie and go shopping. At about 1:20ish, we arrived at the theater. We bought popcorn and drinks and stuff, then went to see Rango. It was a great movie, I thought. Although they pushed the PG rating pretty far... Had it not been a cartoon, it could have easily been PG-13. There was an awful lot of swearing, tons of violence, and a fair amount of inapropriate references, but it just enhanced it as well. My mom didn't like the movie, though, for she left after 20-30 minutes to go shopping, haha. Anyway, afterwards we went to Sheels (Scheels? I've never tried to spell that before...) We were going to look at treadmills. We have one, but it's over 15 years old, and definately time for a change. After all that was settled, it was time to go to Gamestop. There, I bought Nintendogs + cats: Golden Retriever and new friends (that's a mouthful!) and my bro got Super Street Fighter IV: 3D Edition (come on, do they have ANY short titles for the 3DS?) Then, we ate at the Olive Garden and headed out. All in all, it was a pretty good Saturday. But the best part? I got a full day without having to think about school, work, or whatever. And that's what the weekend's all about, right? Anyway, I'll seeya tomorrow!
Question of the day: Have you seen Rango yet?
