Thoughts on a wider variety of hairstyles?

I want to see more styled options, like braids. Not that one braid wig that's while nice, I don't like the way the bangs look on my characters. I want a thick fishtail, I want the braid pigtails, that one braid crown. I also want longer ponytails, more hair colour choices would be nice, like more pinks and purples, and more short hair options. I want only one side of my characters head shaved, and what would be cool (thou I doubt this would happen) would be a two colour option for certain hair styles.

I think it'd be a shame not to overhaul the 'appearance system' in general. Definitely let us pick our own hair from a list, and have many more choices

I'd also like to see the ability to unlock styles as the game goes on so that a person's appearance is somewhat tied to their progression and accomplishments

This needs to happen. I think things could be easily solved if we could just mix and match what is already available, like choose the type of updo, bangs or not etc... My character has hair that kind of looks like mine, but it has no bangs and it annoys me, lol. And like some have already said: add some options for curly/long/braided hair.

Also make all hair styles available regardless of gender from the start. There's some of the guy styles that I really like and I don't want to get my hair done x times before I can have access to them.
