Thoughts on the Animal Crossing movie

Basically,I am 1/4 into the movie and I am stunned. Nostalgia was ALL OVER THE PLACE. Especially since Margie is in my Wild World town The soundtrack was Nostalgic,the Animals were nostalgic. It basically brought me to tears. Was the movie based on Wild World or Animal Crossing GC? I personally think its based on Wild World,but to have a gorgeous layout like that. I wish that Nintendo would add more depth into town layout.Kinda like in the movie. I have noticed the hate on this movie, and I do not really know why. But if you are looking back on how much AC has grown,it is Nostalgic. Now I want to hear your thoughts on this. Anything you like/disliked?

I think the best part of the film are Hopper's scenes. Those were priceless! It has nothing to do with him being my favorite character in the series, the movie actually had a very SLIGHT contribution to him becoming my favorite.

I thought it was cool that all the villagers in the movie, with the exception of Champ, I had in one of my towns.

I was actually happy to see whitney in the movie because i'm getting her soon as a guy is giving her to me for free
Also, i was quite disappointed at Kapp'n and Tom Nook's voice actors. I hoped for a higher tone of voice from nook,and kind of a japanese pirate accent on Kapp'n. That's just me though.

I watched it when I was...pretty young. Very cute movie, I liked it a lot!

I had Whitney in WW so I was pretty proud to have her then. This was before I even imagined there was a cohesive AC community haha so it was like the greatest thing ever.

I bet the movie was released in 2006? A year after WW? The thing is, Wild World was my first game and i enjoyed it alot. Margie/Sally in the movie, is still in my town after all these years I played in WW. Even before I knew about dreamies. I wonder why people hated the movie though. I am 2/4 in and it is so fun to watch!

Lucky!!! I want Whitney so badly! But I have no room for her. Once I get rid of Scoot, I'm gonna be looking for her or Skye. And then when my brother does the 16 villager cycle, I'm gonna get Lolly back to him and I'll look for the one I didn't get earlier.

I rewatched it and it was super nostalgic. Although I hated the main character... she was super annoying.
Anyways my favourite villagers from the movie are Apollo, Cyrano, Hopper, and Alfonso. I wish I had room for them in my town. I had Apollo as my starting 5 but he moved out :<

The feels man ;-; right in the nostalgia. The main character should have been a guy though. I thought it would be cool to see a main character chilling with Alfonso and the guys,rather than Rosie and Margie going put with Ai(Main Character)

I enjoyed it when I watched it the first few times (I think I might have it saved on my old PC)
I have to watch it again, it's been years, I wish Nintendo would make an Anime series like they did with Pokemon, based on New Leaf, Animal Crossing is basically the soap opera of the videogame world lol.

It would be an interesting show to watch, especially whenever a new game is released.
Aw man, now I won't be able to stop thinking about it...

I love the movie so much. I always watch it when I'm sad or sick because it's so cute and joyful! I always wanted to get the original movie characters (like rosie for instance) and make my mayor look like the main character but I never got around to it >>

The music is amazing and I really like the story line.
