Thread settings not saved? :c

Hi! c:
Whenever I make a new post or thread, I like to disable smileys and turn auto-subscribe on. But when I click Save Changes it never saves the stuff I change in the additional options place :c

I don't have a Save Changes button. Only Submit Reply and Preview Post. ()

Anyway, my subscription settings seem to have stuck. Never fiddled with the other options.
