Town Tune Help

I apologize in advance if this is the wrong spot to ask, but I would like to know if anybody can help me out with making a town tune. I'm wanting to use a segment of a song called 'Fear of the Dark' by Iron Maiden from 2:20 to 2:24 (see video below).
