I wait until I get back to the regular day to clean everything up. I don’t time travel for orders or anything, I don’t have a shop. I time travel to move in villagers or move buildings or something. I’m redoing my whole island right now so I’ve been time traveling a lot. But it’s too much work to pick things up every day. Especially since weeds tend to grow in the same spot if there was one there the day before so if I leave them it’s easier to clean up all at once. The only thing I’ll do sometimes is collect fossils and then show them to blathers all at once when I’m back to the present time
My flowers are meant to look a bit random so I always just clean up the few that look out of place, doesn’t take long since I got rid of the cliff flowers ages ago
The weeds I let grow. I sold all the weeds on my island early on and they grow back slowly, they’re needed for crafting recipes so I let them be unless I’m crafting
My flowers [very intentionally] have no room to grow wild so they aren't a problem. I always pick up my weeds but it doesn't take all that long and I just do it as I end up in each section of my town naturally.
As a Time Traveler I always pick up every weeds, check my homes to make sure they have no roaches, and of course get rid of flowers that doesn't belong with the color I want to grow after watering them. I also empty out my Recycle Bin that has items and sell them for bells.
I have two areas on my island that are designated nature areas and I use weeds as decorations there. I must have hit the weed limit because I now only spawn a few unwanted weeds at a time elsewhere on my island that I do pick up after I am done TT'ing. But I don't get large patches of weeds anymore.
Yes! I like to maintain the island's appearance. I always clean up any weeds that pop up in random places and I've been trying to minimize the amount of flowers because Snowboy needs his room lol
I don't TT for a shop or anything, mostly just to move things or get rid of villagers so I'll usually just do a couple small jumps (1-2 days) if I'm doing layout changes or one Big jump (2+ months) if I really want to move someone new in. I usually don't bother to clean up until I'm back at the real date when I'm finished but honestly I don't get massive sections of weeds spawning due to the fact that I have paths/items in a lot of places haha also most of my flowers are currently in places that they can't really spawn (rainbow garden on the beach) or they're in my breeding field where I just let them run loose until I need them for somewhere specific
Generally, the way I TT is to go forward day by day (but playing through a few days per actual day) so I rarely have this issue. But, when I do TT far forward, I clean up once I'm back to my usual TTing routine. It's actually not that hard, though, because my island is so heavily decorated- there aren't a lot of areas for weeds and stuff to spawn, so I can easily visit the places where they do and clean them up pretty quick.
Most of the time I do. I used to do it after I tted forward and tted back, but the last time I cleaned up after I did everything I needed to tt for. Lately, I haven’t tted or played much though.
I have so many weeds on the left and right back half's of my island that I have not cleaned up haha I have not tt'd in a while but I have left my weeds their still as I am in the middle of a whole makeover for my island so there isn't much point pulling them out cause I will need to tt while I edit the look of my island
I don't even TT and half of the times I don't bother clearing up the wees. They feel like they grow too fast. I'll come back to the game after not playing for just one day and there will be like 10-20 weeds. Just seems a bit excessive to me.
I very rarely time travel now, but when I do, I definitely clean up. My flowers are all over the place and I hate it XD I really need a more organized island xD
it really depends on my mood. i usually leave them there if i expect to be TTing again soon, but if i have plans to stay in real time for a while, i clean it up
