Turnips before and after

I like waiting until on of my friends stores is buying them at a very high price, and time traveling to sunday, buy turnips in my town, and sell them at my friends town. I made about 3 mil. by doing this on night.

i made about 5,000,000 doing it the legitimate way, by buying them on sunday and not time traveling, going to animalcrossing123's town. a lot more rewarding, in my opinion - both mentally, and bell-wise. =)

it's pretty simple really.

1. load up on 15 turnips.

2. go to your friend's town.

3. come back to your town.

4. put your money down somewhere near your turnips.

5. repeat.

you just have to buy a LOT of them... like i spent all of my money i had last sunday on my turnips, which was 500,000 and they were i think 94 each. my entire house was filled up and i had like 20 buried outside...

thats dumb. if you go and spend 600k on turnips then your two things. Greedy. And Dumb.
Lets say nooks high is 96 bells and on your day they are 40 on saturday and its saturday? ur screwed.

is it true that time traveling affects turnip prices?

yes. if you TT to another day it tends to suck. my best without TTing was 316. Best with TTing was 175. :X

i've been doing turnips for about 4 weeks now, and my nook has -NEVER- had anything above 150, but luckily for me, i'm a member in TBT and there's this forum for turnip prices = http://forums.the-bell-tree.com?topic=7097967/1/.

if people get good prices, they post on there, and luckily, since animal crossing:city folk is on-line, i go to other's towns, and if i get good prices, i allow them to come to my town...

so do what you want, but leave your insults that i'm dumb and "greedy" back home with mommy because you don't like how i play the game... by buying turnips...

not too scary to me... considering i had 1.5M in the bank before i cashed out, and after i got my money , i gave 500,000 to a friend so he could get in the turnip business, and gave the guy that let me in his town 300,000. i spent 1,500,000 when i had 3,000,000 and ended up making a total of 9,500,000. i just made 8,000,000 bells. if that's scary to you... that's scary to me.
