If you do tasks in hide and seek, it cuts the imposter time shorter, but it's totally up to you if you want to risk it.

like Betsy said, it does help but no one is making anyone do the tasks. it is all up to your judgment; a lot of times (at least in my case), I get killed when doing tasks

You’ll be fine! Just have fun . I get voted out a lot as crewmate; I did more when I was new. Don’t let that discourage you . Tbh, I still get voted out since I have a poor memory of what my tasks were, what the rooms are called and who I saw . Everyone has been kind though regardless how I do . Personally, I never think of things like we did bad or good. I may sometimes feel I got sloppy like as imp, but I just focus on how much fun we have and so does everyone else. We do like to joke around and tease each other though like about making snacks of each other and our cosmetic pets though, just to warn you; it’s lots of chaos

Don’t be hard on yourself for that; I’d do the same too if I wasn’t too shy and overwhelmed the first time I played. I think I did something silly myself a couple times .

I’m really excited about you joining! If you have any questions or need tips, I’d be more than happy to help you (same goes for anyone else here ). It will definitely be a lot of fun .

I know how you feel. I just started playing and a bit confused at times . I did join a random game today and it’s been fun even though I am still not sure what I am doing lol.

Same, I always feel like I'm playing like a noob heh. Esspecially when I get lost, and that makes me look sus I'm nervous about playing again for that reason alone

i don't think my anxiety could take me playing classic haha, especially not with mobile's limitations, but hide and seek is very fun! i really like doing the tasks, personally, and it's served me well so far (touch wood), but the music when the impostor gets closer Always has me like

It’s okay we can handhold in the newbie department lol another time I was impostor I did absolutely nothing because I was shaking and I didn’t know what to do and how to get away with murder KFKDKD it came to the point people were like “why isnt the impostor eliminating anyone” and I was like. can I not be impostor idk what im doing!! anyway we can play together and be newbies together it has been YEARS since I last played Among Us and even then I did not do a great job back then oop

Thanks so much , I am slowly figuring things out. You may have to explain hide and seek . I haven’t played that yet and maybe a few of the tasks I got stuck on earlier.
